They also require condiments, for example; vinegar, honey, and the kind of mayonnaise containing little or no fat. Cereals are very important to the diets’ of bodybuilders. Good examples of these are; oatmeal, and all types of whole grain foods.
Staples like peanut butter, brown rice, olive oil, and dried fruit are good examples. Re hydrating beverages like plain water and pure fruit juices are very useful. Traditional hot beverages like herbal tea are beneficial, being relaxants and oxidants. Diet soda is also good. Sugar should only be taken after a high energy work out.

Animal products, for example meat, fish, poultry and eggs, are appropriate. Most dairy products and especially cheeses contain too much bad fat, which gives a bodybuilder an inappropriately poor shape. The diet of a body builder should be as complete as possible. A bodybuilder should make sure that he or she uses a combination of all the above food classes with supplements every day for maximum impact.
